By maintaining our own service and repair centers for power quality products, we are able to react promptly to your requests and provide practical support within 48 working hours. Our services range from simple technical support through maintenance to on-site intervention.
Here is an overview of our Post Sales Service-
- Extended manufacturer’s warranty-
An extended manufacturer’s warranty provides additional security and protects your investment. For numerous power quality products, PMX offers an extended warranty of up to 3 to 5 additional years following the normal warranty period.
- Maintenance Agreement
Regular maintenance of our power quality products is indispensable to ensure trouble-free operation and scheduled maintenance shutdowns.
Maintenance can be purchased on a yearly basis or as required. With a maintenance agreement, PMX’s After Sales Service will take all necessary action to ensure regular maintenance of your power quality products.
- Regular Product Check-
Is the active harmonic filter still properly configured? Does the filter still work faultlessly? Is maintenance required? We offer regular product check to ensure that the machines work efficiently. One of our service engineers or a designated service partner will check all functions of the device and if necessary, optimize parameter settings on site.
- Wear Parts-
Apart from AMCs and product check we also offer a wide range of wear parts for power quality products. One can request the purchase of these products in combination with on-site assistance provided by our service engineer or service partner.
